The Dubai Culture & Arts Authority will participate in the Emirati Women’s Forum 2026, celebrating Emirati women’s contributions to national development. The event, held on August 27 at Madinat Jumeirah, will feature discussions on women’s roles in various sectors and showcase artist Aisha Obaid Al Shamsi’s work highlighting their achievements.
The National Youth Orchestra Dubai will become the first UAE-based orchestra to perform at three prestigious Vienna venues, including a world premiere of “Threads of Light” by Emirati composer Ihab Darwish. Supported by Dubai Culture, the orchestra will also compete in the Summa Cum Laude International Youth Music Festival, highlighting Dubai’s commitment to nurturing musical talent.
