The Women Changing the World Summit & Awards is where visionary women come together to lead, inspire, and make a real impact. From April 21–24, 2026, Paris will host entrepreneurs, creatives, changemakers, and thought leaders from across the globe. They’re not waiting for tomorrow—they’re changing the world today through bold decisions, fearless actions, and powerful stories.
This is not an event about success in the traditional sense. It’s about meaning.
About being visible in a world that has long taught women silence instead of courage.
About building relationships that are not transactions, but genuine support.
About turning even the hardest experiences into strength.
Between the stage and behind the scenes, something extraordinary happens. In conversations, glances, and the silence between words, a community forms—a community that doesn’t compete but uplifts. Women here meet not only business partners or mentors, but also themselves—in a bolder, stronger version.
This is where the decision is born: the time is now.
Supporting the organizational and business foundation of this movement are sisters, Peace Mitchell and Katy Garner. They created spaces where women can spread their wings—from the first idea to global success. As co-founders of AusMumpreneur, Women’s Business School, and WCW Press, they have supported thousands of women in building profitable businesses, growing confidence, and gaining visibility. Their philosophy is simple but powerful: investing in women is investing in the future of the world. When a woman rises, families, communities, and entire generations rise with her.

At the forefront is Dr. Tererai Trent—one of the most inspiring figures worldwide for women’s education and empowerment. Called by Oprah Winfrey “her all-time favorite guest,” Dr. Trent embodies perseverance, courage, and the pursuit of dreams despite adversity. Her journey—from a rural girl in Zimbabwe to earning a PhD and speaking on the global stage—is living proof that education changes everything. As the founder of Tererai International, she has worked for years to provide girls and women with the tools to build a better future. Her voice has resonated on the world’s most important platforms—from the UN to TEDx—reaching millions.

When Dr. Tererai Trent speaks about education and dreams, it is never empty words. Her life proves that the impossible is only a stage. And when women hear these stories, they begin writing their own. Behind every great idea are people. Behind this global movement are women who don’t just talk about change—they make it happen.
Women Changing the World is more than an event. It’s a community of women who:
– act locally and globally,
– inspire change through concrete actions,
– champion inclusion and equality,
– believe in collaboration over competition.
It is a space for those who want not only to succeed but to give meaning to that success. The world changes not only through grand gestures. It changes because women decide every day to take action.
