In Stockholm, it is increasingly said that business no longer happens only in conference rooms. It happens in experience. In narrative. In the energy of encounter. Tomorrow’s WiB Capital Gala is one of the clearest examples of this shift – an event that blends entrepreneurship, politics, technology, art, and human development into a carefully curated space of influence.
WiB Capital, as an ecosystem, builds its identity around empowering women in business, improving access to capital, and creating networks of relationships that are meant to translate into real business growth. Through its membership model—where access to knowledge, events, and connections is partially curated and subscription-based—it forms a modern kind of business club, combining education, investment, and community.
But it is the gala where this structure becomes tangible. It becomes a stage.

This year’s gala brings together an exceptional group of speakers and guests, representing a broad spectrum of today’s world—from politics and technology to art and personal development. This diversity reflects modern business itself: multi-layered, interdisciplinary, and increasingly relationship-driven.
Among the guests is Therese Neaime, an internationally awarded entrepreneur, artist, and producer working at the intersection of creativity, stage performance, and business development. Her presence highlights how entrepreneurship today often resembles an artistic practice—built on narrative, identity, and emotional resonance.
She will be joined by Roshi Derakshan, a licensed psychotherapist and breathwork facilitator, who focuses on breaking patterns, strengthening inner resilience, and enabling sustainable personal transformation—topics increasingly central to modern leadership.
A key economic voice is Trifa Chireh, a pension economist known for her work on long-term financial equality and how life choices and family structures shape women’s financial security over time.
The political and systemic dimension is represented by Elisabeth Thand Ringqvist, party leader and member of parliament, and Katarina Lundahl, State Secretary to the Minister for Gender Equality and Working Life. Their presence underlines how closely business and policy remain intertwined.
The technological perspective comes from Per Clingweld of AI Sweden, focused on implementing artificial intelligence in real organizational contexts, and Paulina Modlitba, an AI strategist and keynote speaker exploring how AI is reshaping business, society, and leadership.
The artistic and emotional layer is represented by Deborah Edin, an artist and entrepreneur creating spaces of connection through music and presence, and designer Sara Poul, known for her strong visual identity and runway aesthetics.
The atmosphere is further energized by DJ Armin, a dentist by profession and DJ by passion, and Hanna Günther, an award-winning magician and host who brings humor, warmth, and theatrical presence to the stage.
Completing the ecosystem are Top of Heart, focused on building brands through trust and authentic relationships, and Kvarteret Media, behind the event’s visual storytelling—capturing people, emotions, and moments that often matter more than words.
The gala as a mirror of contemporary business
The WiB Gala is not simply a networking event. It is a curated composition of today’s influence ecosystem. It brings together politics, technology, economics, psychology, and art into one shared space, where boundaries between sectors begin to dissolve.
What emerges is a clear image of modern business: not just a financial structure, but a cultural and social narrative.
And although the stage will shine under tomorrow’s lights, the real value of the event— as always—will unfold in the space between people.
In conversations. In decisions. And in relationships that begin long before the official “welcome to the stage” and continue long after the final light fades.
