Señor Espejo, que piensa de las pinturas del artista Antonio Roa, hemos visto con emoción en la portada de la revista cultural “Tierra de colores” Los Olivos rojos.
¿Qué puede contarnos de ello?
Asistimos a un tiempo donde todo se globaliza, las autopistas de la comunicación vinieron para quedarse y expanden en segundos cibernéticos cualquier contenido a cualquier rincón del planeta. Y es por ello que circulan tantos y tantos millones y trillones de bits por la malla cibernética actual que para que fijemos la vista en algo tiene que ser singular y llamativo y atractivo y, evidentemente, de alto vigor en imagen.
La pintura de Antonio Miguel Roa es así de sorprendente, parecen trazos a vuela pluma, pero condensan un alto octanaje, tanto de creatividad y chispa como de oficio y arte en su sentido más puro.
Diario JAÉN, el principal medio de comunicación de una provincia andaluza que lidera en España la mayor superficie de espacios protegidos, dos ciudades culmen del Renacimiento Andaluz declaradas Patrimonio de la Humanidad, una red de castillo y fortalezas única en Europa, ha querido poner en valor que, además, Jaén tiene el mayor bosque artificial del mundo, con 66 millones de olivos a través de una revista cultural y turística.
Quien suscribe estas líneas ha recorrido los rincones más distintos y más distantes de la provincia para a través de óleos y acuarelas, pastel o acrílicos reflejar cómo han visto estas tierras los grandes de la pintura nacidos en el viejo Santo Reino.
La Portada de esa revista viajera, que contiene hasta 18 reportajes sorprendentes de las rutas no oficiales de la provincia de Jaén, no podía ser otra que los olivos rojos del maravilloso pintor Roa. Sabíamos que era la mejor elección, nos han confirmado en la Feria Internacional de Turismo de Madrid, donde se presentó dicha revista, que ha sido la mejor elección posible.

What can you tell us about it?
We are witnessing a time where everything is globalized, communication highways are here to stay and expand any content to any corner of the planet in cyber seconds. And that is why so many millions and trillions of bits circulate through the current cybernetic mesh that for us to fix our eyes on something it has to be unique and striking and attractive and, obviously, of high image vigor.
Antonio Miguel Roa’s paintings are that surprising, they seem like pen strokes, but they condense a high octane, both of creativity and spark as well as craft and art in its purest sense.
Diario JAÉN, the main media outlet of an Andalusian province that leads in Spain the largest area of protected spaces, two peak cities of the Andalusian Renaissance declared World Heritage Sites, a network of castles and fortresses unique in Europe, wanted to highlight that, in addition, Jaén has the largest artificial forest in the world, with 66 million olive trees through a cultural and tourist magazine.
Whoever subscribes to these lines has visited the most different and most distant corners of the province to reflect, through oil paintings, watercolors, pastels, or acrylics, how the great painters born in the old Holy Kingdom have seen these lands.
The cover of that travel magazine, which contains up to 18 surprising reports on the unofficial routes of the province of Jaén, could not be other than the red olive trees of the wonderful painter Roa. We knew it was the best choice, they confirmed to us at the Madrid International Tourism Fair, where said magazine was presented, that it was the best possible choice.
