John Guarnes began his career in fashion at a very early age when he realized that he had the potential to be a fashion designer. He believed it was a God-given talent, so he would like to use it to bring glory and honor to Him.
John won several awards to his credit and was named a global fashion designer. A grand prize winner in the Fashion Australia design Competition, Finalist in Paris Design Competition, and Semi-Finalist in Smirnoff Competition. Mass Media awarded him for Development as a Young Achiever. John Guarnes is a professor at a reputable university, Dela Salle University – College of Saint Benilde (DLSU-CSB} teaching Fashion Design and Merchandise. John is a member of QC Educators Lion’s Club International.

A fashion stylist and creative director of his own John Guarnes Atelier. He has done several fashion shows in local venues such as Philippine Fashion Week, Manila Fashion Festival, the Designers Fashion Gala, Brooklyn Fashion Week, Boston Fashion Week, L. A. Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, and Dubai Fashion Week as his international shows.
