The opening vernissage on Saturday, April 5th, attracted a large audience eager to experience fresh works from local and regional artists. True to tradition, Galleri Zebra offered a welcoming space for creative exchange — a meeting point between artist and viewer, color and thought, emotion and reflection.
This year’s exhibition featured 20 artists: Camilla Karlström, Helén Söderström, Roland Adolfsson, Anne Olsen, Jan Falkenstedt, Mats Wargclou, Pia Trollestad, Perry Pettersson, Eva Söderberg, Gunilla Klanegård, Kerstin Nordefors, Inger Frimansson, Inger Östling Spåman, Anita Kullås, Lina Gauffin, Rolf Berggren, Camilla Ehn, Lucyna Lucy Wachnicka, Monica Carlzon, and Inger Cederin.

The exhibition presented various media — from figurative painting and abstract works to sculpture and graphic art. Each artist brought their voice, techniques, and perspective to the show. Themes ranged from identity and nature to time, human connection, and everyday life — all interpreted through personal and artistic lenses.
Open every day except Mondays, the gallery accommodated different visitor groups with flexible hours, making the exhibition accessible to students, working adults, and retirees.

This year’s edition carried special meaning, marking the 15-year anniversary of Vårsalong. Over the years, Galleri Zebra has established itself as an important cultural hub in Södertälje — one that champions inclusivity, creativity, and the local art scene.

Although the exhibition has come to a close, its impact lingers — in the minds of its visitors, the energy of the artworks, and the continuing spirit of community. Vårsalong 2025 was not just a celebration of spring, but a celebration of art as a living, breathing part of life in Södertälje.
