Interview with Yulia Romanova, conducted by Halina Rosa

1. What does it mean to you to be a woman in today’s world?
For me, being a woman in today’s world means being everything and doing everything. Yes, it can be hard at times, but it also brings a great sense of achievement. You realize that you can truly be your own person and succeed in many things on your own. To be a woman is to embody beauty, power, and intelligence, and to be a force of nature. We are much stronger than we think, and I hope you, too, can discover this power within yourself.

2. If you could make one change in the world, what would it be?
I would definitely put women in charge of countries; in that case, there would be no wars. We, as women, naturally strive for a peaceful life, and that is exactly what would be reflected if we led the world. I know many might disagree with me, but having seen the world of politics, I stand firmly by my choice.

3. How would you deal with hate or criticism on social media as a public figure?
Oh, I don’t have to imagine that—being the owner of influencer accounts, I know exactly what hate is. I used to react very emotionally to it, but over time I simply stopped caring. People will always have different opinions about you or what you do, but what truly matters is what you think and do. If you’re enjoying it, then to hell with those people. Remember, they have nothing better to do than stalk your social media—which basically makes them fans in a way, haha. And if they ever bother you personally, just Report and Block them, then move on with your day. They are NOT worth your attention or energy. I hope this helps someone out there.
4. What message would you like to share with young girls who look up to you?
Go for what you want—the sooner, the better. If you are determined to achieve something, don’t listen to anyone else; just focus on your goal. You absolutely have the strength to make it happen! I only wish someone had told me that when I was younger. But now, I can be that person I needed as a little girl.
5. How do you define inner beauty versus outer beauty – and which do you value more?
Interesting question… I can’t really separate the two, because for me they are deeply intertwined. When I meet someone, I need to feel their energy first—that’s what allows me to decide whether they are truly beautiful to me. You can be the most attractive person on the outside and still carry a rotten, ugly energy within. So for me, a person’s soul matters most. To answer the question, there is no outer beauty without inner beauty. Of course, I do try to look good too, haha—but that’s just for myself, not for anyone else.

6. How would you use the Miss Generation title to make a real difference?
In every way I can. At any event I attend as Miss Generation, I will strive to brighten people’s days and uplift their moods, and of course, support the cause of the event. For example, I will be participating in Global Kidney Foundation events, one of Miss Generation’s sponsors, and I will make sure to make a meaningful impact while there.
I am also really looking forward to coaching the finalists for Miss Generation 2026. After working with me, each of them will truly discover their potential. As a spiritual coach in my professional life, this comes naturally to me. Additionally, the girls will need all the guidance they can get during rehearsals and the Pageant itself, and I will be there to lead and support them every step of the way.

7. What three words best describe you, and why?
Ambitious. Sensual. Force of Nature. Okay, the last one is three words, but you can count it as one—people have been calling me that for quite a while now. It means that I am fully in tune with myself and my own energy, always being true to who I am, no matter where I go or what I do. I am authentic, and people recognize that as a powerful quality in me.
Ambitious, because every goal I set for myself, I achieve—and often exceed. I never stop. Sensual, because I fully express my feminine energy through the way I dress, the way I walk, and the way I interact. I love it, and I own it! You should never be ashamed of it—it’s a part of who you are.
8. What life experience has taught you the most?
Always stand your ground. Set clear boundaries with others. Most of the time, you can only rely on yourself. And the most important thing—don’t listen to anyone else. Do you, honey; don’t bend your will to fit someone else’s opinion. Your authenticity will take you exactly where you want to go.
9. What inspires you to take action every day?
Me! Really—it might sound a little strange or silly, but I have always been my own inspiration and motivation in everything. I am inspired by the idea of growing stronger and better every day. You could say I am inspired by becoming a better and more successful version of myself. I don’t want to miss a single day of my life, and I wish the same for all of you! Remember, you are your own best inspiration, lovelies!
With love,
Yulia

10. Why do you believe you should be crowned Miss Generation 2025?
I have all the qualities required to be a true Queen. I want to continue making a difference in the world. I can lead and be independent. I can present myself socially and speak with grace and intelligence. Winning Miss Generation has been my dream for several years, and when I entered the Pageant, there was no other option in my mind but to win. I wanted it, and I worked tirelessly for it. I gave it my all—effort, energy, talent, time, and focus.
This is why I believe I deserve the title of Miss Generation 2025. I am truly happy now; it has been a wonderful experience.
For those reading this, here’s a little poem from me:
