Dubai Culture Empowers Young Musicians to Perform on Vienna’s Most Prestigious Stages

The National Youth Orchestra Dubai will become the first UAE-based orchestra to perform at three prestigious Vienna venues, including a world premiere of “Threads of Light” by Emirati composer Ihab Darwish.
