At the ‘International Poster Invitation Exhibition in 2023 Gwangju Design Biennale’, we would like to bring together the works of Korean and foreign designers to enhance the status of the biennale by providing a variety of ideas and high-quality works to visitors. Therefore, the VIDAK Association would like to organize association members and overseas designers as a group to participate in this charter, so we would like to invite you to participate and make it brilliant.

is the only design biennale event in Asia and is in the process of planning to present the discourse of the times leading the flow of world design and to present the future direction of design and expand economic value via diverse exhibitions, events, education and experience programs.

Overview of Exhibition

It focuses to create a venue for cultural exchange of posters worldwide with the exhibition of poster works composed of designers from all over the world and to promote the great designs of Korea to the world. The Gwangju Design Biennale will promote the only Gwangju Design Biennale in Asia via the participation of over 45 national designers, which will further shine as an international event.
