30 YEARS OF ART — LILIA LUJÁN ENTERS A NEW CREATIVE ERA

LUJÁN ART COLLECTION 2027: THE ART OF WEARING A VISION

For three decades, art has been the foundation of Lilia Luján’s creative journey. Now, as Luján Art Studio approaches the milestone of 30 years, 1997–2027, that journey is entering a new chapter — one in which the artwork leaves the conventional frame and begins to live through fashion, design, movement and everyday objects.

The Luján Art Collection 2027 presents an evolving creative universe built around a simple but ambitious idea: art does not always have to hang on a wall. It can be worn, touched, carried and experienced.

Silk scarves become paintings in motion. Kimonos transform the silhouette. Leather bags become objects of visual expression. T-shirts, hoodies and other garments carry the artist’s visual language directly into everyday life.

The result is not simply another fashion collection. It is an exploration of what can happen when original art becomes wearable.

WHEN ART STEPS OFF THE WALL

At the heart of the collection is a fundamental question:

What happens when a work of art is allowed to move?

For Luján, the answer lies in refusing to confine creativity to a single category. Her registered visual designs move between art, fashion, textiles, accessories and lifestyle objects, adapting to different materials without abandoning their original artistic identity.

The human body becomes part of that transformation.

A scarf tied around the neck changes according to the person wearing it. Wrapped around the wrist, placed over the hair or incorporated into a bag, the same artwork acquires another composition. A kimono gives an image volume and movement. A printed garment transforms the body itself into a moving surface.

In this sense, the wearer does not simply consume the artwork.

The wearer completes it.

Every gesture creates another image. Every person interprets it differently. Every destination gives it a new context.

The collection is therefore not static.

It is alive.

ART + FASHION + DESIGN + INNOVATION + STYLE

One of the defining qualities of the Luján Art Collection 2027 is its resistance to conventional boundaries.

The collection moves between sophistication and playfulness, graphic intensity and elegance, art object and functional product. Bold compositions, monochrome structures, vivid blocks of colour, figurative elements and unexpected juxtapositions appear across silk, leather and clothing.

There is also a deliberate openness to different identities and forms of expression.

Rather than asking the wearer to disappear behind a trend, the collection proposes the opposite: the individual becomes part of the artwork.

Fashion becomes personal.

And sophistication no longer depends solely upon convention, but upon attitude, individuality and the relationship someone creates with the piece they choose to wear.

THE NEW LUXURY IS PERSONAL

Luxury itself is changing.

The most compelling objects are increasingly valued not only for their price, rarity or status, but also for the stories they contain, the creative process behind them and the emotional relationship they establish with their owners.

The Luján Art Collection operates precisely within this space.

A silk scarf can become a personal signature. A sarong can move from the beach into an evening setting. A kimono can redefine an entire silhouette. A leather bag can function simultaneously as an accessory and an art object. Even a seemingly simple T-shirt can carry an artist’s visual identity into everyday life.

This creates a different understanding of luxury:

the luxury of wearing something with meaning.

A CREATIVE DNA WITHOUT BORDERS

Luján Art Collection does not need to choose between art and fashion.

Its identity exists precisely in the space between them.

Its creative DNA combines innovation, style, avant-garde expression, inclusivity and sensuality while maintaining a strong connection with the original artwork from which each design emerges.

This freedom allows the same visual language to migrate from a silk scarf to a handbag, from a garment to a kimono, and potentially into entirely new categories.

The collection becomes less a fixed product line than an expanding creative platform.

MORE THAN A COLLECTION

The launch of the Luján Art Collection 2027 signals a larger ambition for Luján Art Studio: the creation of a recognizable creative signature capable of travelling across cultures, industries and generations.

The project brings together two worlds.

On one side stands the authenticity and intellectual property of original artistic creation.

On the other are the expertise, production capacity and international reach of specialized companies.

Between them lies collaboration.

And collaboration is precisely where the project intends to grow.

STOCKHOLM, A NEW CHAPTER

There is particular significance in presenting this vision through Stockholm.

Internationally associated with design and contemporary aesthetics, the Swedish capital provides a natural context for a project seeking to rethink the relationship between art and everyday objects.

For DESIGNER Magazine Stockholm, this story is therefore not simply about another fashion launch.

It represents a creative proposition at the intersection of art, design, fashion and international business.

FROM ART STUDIO TO INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM

Behind the visual beauty of the collection lies a business vision.

Luján Art Studio is developing the Luján Art Collection as an international platform for licensing and collaborations, enabling selected companies to acquire licenses to manufacture specific products incorporating the collection’s exclusive registered designs, subject to relevant agreements.

Such a model creates possibilities extending far beyond a single collection.

Fashion can lead to accessories. Accessories can develop into lifestyle. Lifestyle can open new product categories. And international collaborations can carry Luján’s visual language into markets and products that have yet to be imagined.

The objective is not simply to produce more.

It is to extend the life of the artwork.

Every new collaboration becomes another possible destination for the creative vision.

THE FUTURE IS WEARABLE

Behind the collection are future pieces, new materials, new categories, new collaborations and new international markets.

Yet the central idea remains remarkably simple.

Art does not always have to hang on a wall.

Sometimes it can wrap around the body.

Sometimes it can accompany a journey.

Sometimes it can become part of an everyday ritual.

And sometimes the most sophisticated statement is simply the freedom to wear what inspires us.

The Luján Art Collection 2027 is therefore not presented as a destination.

It is the beginning of a journey — an evolving international creative platform where original art meets fashion, design and contemporary lifestyle.
